Before contacting support
- Confirm that your device has an active internet connection.
- Install the latest AstroGemini version available from the App Store.
- Include your device model, iOS version, and the screen where the issue occurred.
- Do not email passwords or Sign in with Apple credentials.
Privacy and account deletion
To request access, correction, deletion, or other help with personal data, email saurav@xagi.in. Account deletion is also available inside the app under More → Account → Delete account.
